Ich bin der Urheber dieser Bilder. Ich habe nicht nur eine Ausbildung und langjährige Erfahrung, sondern zahle auch für meine Ausrüstung, Reisen, Büro, Programme, Rechner oder diese Website. Es ist daher für mich selbstverständlich, dass ich meine Rechte als Urheber auch in Anspruch nehme. "Image ppiracy" ist zwar äußerst verbreitet, schadet mir aber als Künstler und Geschäftsmann immens.

Nutzungsrechte an den Bildern können gegen eine Lizenzgebühr erworben werden. Ich erteile auch nachträglich sog. "retroaktive Lizenzenzen". Damit werden etwaige Schadensansprüche durch bereits eingetretene Copyrightverletzungenabgegolten.

Die Höhe meines Lizenzhonorars hängt von der geplanten Nutzung eines Bildes ab.

Bei nicht-kommerzieller Nutzung räume ich oft eine kostenlose Lizenz (gegen bestimmte Bedingungen) ein. Bitte fragen Sie mich vorher. Eine Privatkopie (also ohne Weiterverbreitung, z.B. über eine eigene Website) ist ausdrücklich gestattet.

I am the creator of all images on this website. I have not only trained as photographer and a long-standing experience, but also have to pay for equipment, travel, my office, my computer equipment or software and this website. It is only natural for me to claim my rights as an author. "Image ppiracy" is extremely common, but harms me immensely as an artist and businessman.

You must always obtain a license to use my work. I may dispatch a "retroactive licence". It will void any claims arising from previous copyright violatons.

My fees depend on the scope of the planned use of an image.

For the use of my images in a non-commercial context I may grant you a free license (under certain conditions). But please always write me first. A private copy (without re-distribution, like publishing on your website) is welcome.
